My100Days — LinkedIn & Email Execution Plan

Client
My100Days (Andrew Kris)
Goal
App installs → premium subscriptions
Channels
LinkedIn (page, posts, outreach) + bulk email
01

Goal and How We Get There

Two outcomes matter: more app installs, and more of those installs converting to a paid premium subscription. Every piece below exists to move people through one funnel — awareness, direct reach, install, subscription.

Note — confirm with the client whether "premium subscription" is a separate recurring tier alongside the existing $239 one-time price, or whether pricing is changing. CTAs and email copy need to match whatever's live at send time.

These are starting benchmarks, not promises — treat month 1 as calibration and reset targets from real data.

02

Targeting — Sales Navigator Lead Lists

Client already holds the Sales Navigator seat. The Marketing Head owns building and refreshing lead lists weekly — target 150–200 fresh leads per week across both segments.

Primary segment

  • "Changed jobs" in the last 0–3 months — the strongest signal for this product
  • Seniority: Director, VP, SVP, C-suite
  • Geography: confirm US/UK/EU priority with client
  • Company size: 200+ employees

Secondary segment

  • HR leaders / Talent Acquisition / CHRO titles
  • Partners and principals at executive search firms
  • Overlaps with the Borderless Executive Search audience

Exclusions

  • Existing customers
  • Anyone already in an active outreach sequence
  • Direct competitors in leadership-coaching / onboarding-advisory
03

LinkedIn Outreach Workflow

Every message is written by a person, for that specific lead — no templated AI blasts. The sequence below is the structure writers follow; the wording changes lead to lead.

The 5-touch sequence

Day 0
Connection request

Personalized, referencing their new role or company.

Day 4
Value-first note

A short insight, not a pitch.

Day 8
Introduce Andy / My100Days

Framed around a relevant framework for their situation.

Day 13
Proof + link

A testimonial or case study, with the tracked app link.

Day 18
Light close

No-pressure, leaves the door open.

Standards for every message

Tracking sheet — one row per lead

Columns: Name, Title, Company, Segment, Date connected, Sequence stage, Last touch date, Replied (Y/N), Status (Cold / Warm / Interested / Installed / Declined), Notes. Marketing Head reviews every Friday and reassigns anyone stuck for more than 10 days.

04

LinkedIn Posting and Page Management

Content calendar

Content pillars to rotate through

Daily page management checklist

Approval — drafts go to the client by end of day Wednesday for the following week. Feedback expected within 24 hours; unapproved drafts never go live.
05

Bulk Email Marketing

List sources — in priority order

Avoid purchased or scraped cold lists — deliverability drops fast and it risks the sending domain's reputation for every other campaign. Build from verified opt-in and outreach-sourced contacts only.

Sending infrastructure

Sequences

Approval — every sequence and the monthly newsletter edition goes to the client for sign-off before the first send — same rule as LinkedIn.
06

Tracking Installs and Conversions

07

09

The One Rule That Doesn't Bend

Every post, every outreach message, and every email goes through the same four steps, with no exceptions, on any channel.

Draft

Written by hand by the copywriter or email expert — no AI involved at any stage.

Review

Sent to the client in context, not buried in a spreadsheet.

Approve or edit

A yes, a note, or a change — we adjust and confirm back.

Publish or send

Only after approval. Nothing goes live before that.
